Course Description:

This course is designed to cultivate Christ-like character and ethical leadership in those called to ministry. Students will explore the biblical foundations of ethics, honor, integrity, and excellence, and how these core values shape every aspect of ministry life. Through Scripture, case studies, and real-world application, students will examine issues such as moral decision-making, accountability, financial and sexual integrity, leadership humility, and the pursuit of excellence in service to God and others. Emphasis will be placed on developing a personal code of conduct that reflects the heart of Christ, promotes trust, and brings glory to God in all ministry contexts.

Course Objectives:

1. Understand the importance of character and ethics in sustaining lifelong ministry.

2. Identify potential pitfalls and challenges to integrity in leadership roles.

3. Develop a biblical framework for making ethical decisions.

4. Commit to a lifestyle of honor, transparency, and excellence that reflects the character of Christ.
