Course Description:
This course is designed to inspire and equip believers to actively participate in the life and mission of the local church as a vital expression of Kingdom service. Students will explore the biblical foundations of ministry support, the value of teamwork in the Body of Christ, and the connection between faithful church work and advancing the Kingdom of God. Whether serving in administration, hospitality, outreach, media, or behind-the-scenes roles, this course emphasizes that every task matters when done for the glory of God. Students will also learn practical ways to discover their gifts, support leadership, and serve with excellence, humility, and joy.
Course Objectives:
1. Understand the spiritual significance of serving in practical ministry roles.
2. Embrace a Kingdom mindset in all aspects of church involvement.
3. Identify personal gifts and areas of calling within the church.
4. Develop a servant’s heart and a team-oriented approach to ministry.
